Termoinženjering was founded in 1985 in Belgrade and is one of the oldest private companies in its field in Serbia.
From the very beginning, Termoinženjering has developed successful cooperation in dealing with the distribution and sale of equipment with renowned world companies in the field of HVAC and automation: Trane, McQuay, Daikin, Evapco, Liebert Hiross, Emerson Network Power, Staefa Control System, Siemens, Condair.
As one of many benefits of such a cooperation with successful and advanced partners Termoinženjering engineers have regularly developed professionaly attending speciaized training courses thus in the past 35 years acquiring knowledge and competencies enabling the company to grow and expand its activities to other market segments, which gradually became dominant business of the company. At first the company developed in the direction of performing mechanical installations and automatic control systems and somewhat later electrical installations as well.
During 35 years of professional engagement Termoinženjering has grown first into a local leader in the field of complex mechanical and electrical installations and systems, and then into a respectable General Contractor of complete works, including architectural and construction works, on demanding industrial projects and public facilities. Thereby Termoinženjering has become ready to meet even the most complicated requirements for the construction of complex industrial and public facilities and systems, and such projects have been the basic and largest part of the company’s business for years.

In 2016th the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure determined that TERMOINŽENJERING DOO BEOGRAD of Miloja Đaka 2, Belgrade MEETS ALL THE CONDITIONS for the issuance of the license for the execution of works in reference to facilities for which the building permit is issued by the Ministry competent for construction affairs or the competent body of the Autonomous Province.
