Termoinzenjering pays special attention to Design & Build or Turnkey contract also referred to as EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
In these contract models Termoinženjering assumes all responsibility for the accuracy of technical solutions, satisfying the required technical parameters and providing full functionality of the building.
Termoinženjering can take over complete administration of obtaining all the necessary requirements and permits (location, construction, use permit) in consultation with the user.
After the completion and issuance of the use permit Termoinženjering offers maintenance of all technical systems and regular servicing equipment.
As the General Contractor Termoinženjering performs complete architectural and construction works.
